I encountered a couple of issues. The Wi-Fi was consistently slow, often disconnecting. The room's furniture seemed dated. A refresh would do wonders. It's a pity, as it affected the overall experience.

vast choice direct beach ocean swims clean pool
breakfast offered a vast choice that changed daily catering to different preferences the hotel has direct beach access and a great swimming area for ocean swims the pool was huge and clean i recommend a room with a balcony like the pool or ocean view rooms i also saw a beautiful beachfront walk to waterbom lookout with eating places and markets along the way
i noticed that regular maintenance seemed to be lacking in some areas which needs to be addressed

direct access large pool convenient food
I was charmed by the direct beach access. It made water sports very easy. The large pool was clean and offered a relaxed atmosphere, I enjoyed it. I found ordering food and drinks convenient near the pool.

The big pool was well kept, offering ample space for swimming and relaxation. It had a really good vibe. The hotel has direct connection to the beach, a practical feature for beach lovers. Watersport options were available right in front of the hotel.

I found the egg station excellent during breakfast. Eggs were freshly prepared. Food choices varied each day. The breakfast selection could benefit from higher quality tea and coffee. There were options to order food and drinks by the pool.

Okay stay near the beach
good breakfast convenient bar run down room insufficient shower
The pool was a great size. I found the tiki bar beside the pool very convenient (especially for a midday drink). The breakfast buffet included a good selection.
The room was a little run down. The shower was not sufficient, and the water filled up the tray very quickly. I mentioned this to the reception, but it was not resolved. The hotel made the hotel look much more inviting in the pictures online.

The breakfast had a wide range of food. the staff were always helpful. the pool was large and very nice. the reception desk was helpful. The lobby was nice.
The air conditioning wasn't very effective. The outdoor unit couldn't support the indoor unit, so it didn't cool the room properly.

The pool area is clean and well maintained, with good-quality beach towels available for sun loungers. It is large!!! breakfast and dining at the restaurant were also really good.

I upgraded to a beautiful room. this room was better presented and had a balcony. the balcony overlooked the large pool. The beds were good, and the air con worked well.
